    Muscle weighs more than fat so once you notice that your fat is visibly going away you may also be gaining a few pounds. But it's good weight :) what you can also try and do is hypertrophy to gain muscle and cardio to lose fat

    Reduce your calories by 10% (i.e. 1800 instead of 2000), make sure you get 1g of protein per pound you weigh (so 140g of protein every day) and do 30 minutes of cardio (jogging, swimming, stair walking) every day. This will help you lose fat and the protein will help build up muscles. Here's a workout plan that you can do every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to help build muscle: Go through 1 set of each exercise one after another then do it again twice more. Crunches - 10-15 Side planks - 1 minute each side Front plank - 1 minute. Do these exercises with 1 minute rest in between each set (Don't do one different exercise after another) Pull ups - 3 sets of as many as possible Goblet chair squats - 3 sets of as many - here's a guide: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gCuGMdLlSn4 Pushups - 3 sets of as many.
